Pick up badge for child

Just want to verify -

Am I able to pick up my (under 18 yr old) daughter's badge for her (WITHOUT her being present?)

I'm aware that I can pick up her badge with my photo ID since she doesn't have one, but I wasn't sure if she had to be physically present, or if I can pick it up alone.
