In person registration — full party required?

I've got a guess about the answer, based on answer about badge pickup for pre-registered guests, but I figure I'll ask, just in case. (Also, sorry this is *very* last minute.)

I want to come down Friday morning and register on site, but I have an 11-year old daughter who'll be joining me on Saturday. Is it possible to do that and buy both registrations on site in the morning? Or can I only buy my daughter's registration if she's present?

I'm trying to make up for being a bad dad (no biscuit) who failed to pre-register (and also failed to finish the cosplay costume, so I'm really in the doghouse).
