Question concerning Group Registration

I looked at the FAQ but have not found an answer to my specific question. We are collecting money and seeing who wants to come this Friday. I want to get the group discount request form but don't know exactly how many people want to come though I know that there are more than 10. So can I add more people to the actual group registration form than the request form?
