Protip: Lost and Found Resources
Posted: Tue Apr 10, 2012 10:47 am
Since there have been several posts about this so far, I thought I would list some lost and found resources for anyone who lost something during the convention.
All Lost and Found at Anime Boston is handled by the Hynes Security and Sheraton Security.
The Hynes Lost and Found has a web site that lists all of the items that were turned into them, with brief descriptions, and you can claim any lost items online: http://www.massconvention.com/publicsaf ... eSupport=1
Sheraton Lost and Found has a contact number found here: http://bostonhotel.sheratoneplanner.com ... 4&cid=8184
Other Resources:
Boston Hilton Hotel Lost and Found: I could not find a web site for this, but the main number for the hotel is (617) 867-6104
Boston Marriott Hotel Lost and Found: I could not find a web site for this, but the main number for the hotel is (617) 236-5800
Logan Airport Lost and Found: http://www.massport.com/logan-airport/i ... Found.aspx
MBTA Lost and Found: Depending on which subway line you thought you lost something, you can call the following numbers:
Blue: (617) 222-5533
Orange: (617) 222-5403
Green: (617) 222-5220
Red: (617) 222-5321
Silver: (617) 222-2432
Don't call the Lost and Found contact number found on the MBTA web site. It just leads to a phone directory with no obvious "lost and found" option. The MBTA lost and found is pretty good. A friend of mine accidentally left her Nintendo DS on the train yesterday while traveling to the airport. I called the Green Line lost and found this morning, and they had it, so I was able to pick it up for her.
Edit: Adding Lost and Found for the Prudential Center.
Prudential Center Lost and Found is at their Customer Service desk: http://www.prudentialcenter.com/explore ... ervice.php The main number is (617) 236-3100.
