At-con preregistration

hello, i just have a question about how the preregistration at the con works. I bought my ticket for this year at last years con and was wondering if i will still be getting an email with a barcode (i dont even remember if i gave my email address, and one of my old addresses doesn't work anymore). If i dont get an email, then how do i get my badge.

You should have received that email. If not, send a message to Registration Customer Service through our Contact Us page and we should be able to help you. Give us any available information you have, such as your name, when you pre-registered, etc. and we should be able to give you a hand.
