Question about Cosplay Chess.

I have a question that doesn't actually have to do with the game itself, but it something about the action of applying for it. (If this is in the wrong forum, I'm truly sorry.)

Anyways, I wanted to know, seeing as I couldn't remember (from when I was in chess last year. I have the worst memory sometimes), if you got a notice/email or something of that fashion sent to you that your application was received by staff. I believe one of my friends has received one and I was just wondering if it is something of importance.

Also, I know I may have deleted it if it was in the spam section because I never check it.

Normally questions about cosplay games like Chess go under the Masquerade/Cosplay sections.
But to answer a bit of your question; the confirmations are not automatic but sent out as the coordinator checks them. So please be patient since the deadline isnt untill March, and there are a lot off applications recieved every year. A confirmation will be sent to you in a timely manner well before the deadline.

I usually send out confirmations in batches every couple of weeks or so. If you PM me your name I can check my spreadsheets to see if I've processed your application yet and let you know.
