Formal Ball Registration

I just ran the registration on the formalball and it came up as a 40 dollar weekend pre-reg on the receipt. Anyone else having this trouble? Also I'd like to know who to go too for refunding that ( I don't need 2 registrations) and if I could get the formal ball ticket regged correctly

Please contact Registration Customer Service with your name and email address, and they will work with you to reimburse the amount and fix the error.
