Lost phone in the mall or T station

Someone picked up my phone Monday morning (still not sure if it was stolen or if I dropped it). It was a black smart phone (android). Whoever picked it up yelled "HOLA" at my sister for a few minutes before she got frustrated and hung up. It has since been deactivated, though I'm hoping whoever it was just happened to be immature while simultaneously intending on returning it (I could get lucky, right?)
The phone would have been either in the mall by The Cheesecake Factory or in the T station right next to it.
