What is Cosplay? I need YOUR help! Cosplay Documentary

Pardon, if this is the wrong area to post this:

Are you a Cosplayer? Do you like to go to conventions? Do your friends cosplay? Do you know anything about cosplay?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then I need YOUR help!

I am making a Documentary about Cosplay and Cosplayers for a college film class. ^^

What I would like you to do (please :] )

1. Make a video of yourself/friends/ or both, answering the questions below. Or make up your own.

2. Post that Video on Youtube, and post a video response to this video:

"What is Cosplay?"


3. Please summit by March 4th 2011

4. Please if you can have the videos recorded in the standard 4:3 aspect ratio (not wide screen), but it is okay if you do not. :3 And the higher quality video the better. Also try to make sure you speak clearly so that everything you say can be heard. ^^

5. Please answer any of the following questions(please answer at least 8 out of the 16) :

What inspired you to start cosplaying?
What's your favorite aspect of cosplay?

6. Have fun with it Cosplay while you do it, where a wig, or just be yourself ^^ What ever makes you comfortable.
