Looking for a Voice Actress for a short

I am making a little parody short (which I hope to show at Anime Boston this year) and looking for someone to record a couple of lines.

Basically: Can you sound like Osaka? (from Azumanga)

The absolute ideal candidate would not only sound like Osaka, but be able to speak Japanese in the Osakan accents. But since that's too much to ask, if you can just sound a little like Osaka from the English dub version that would be more than good enough for me. FYI, the English version of Osaka's voice combines low-pitched teenage girl voice with Southern drawl, but the latter is not completely necessary.
