Getting to area of anime boston

If you're new to the city or taking the T in from out of town, this is where you can get advice from people living in The Hub. Please keep discussion limited to things in and around Boston.

We have a section of the AB website dedicated to travel. Major bus lines like Peter Pan or Greyhound, and I believe Amtrack also goes between the two.

Yes. Kim is correct. Amtrak does go between New York and Boston. You can debark Amtrak at Back Bay and you will have a direct link to the Prudential and Hynes complex. Both the Northeast Regional service and Acela Express service depart from New York Penn Station.

For more information regarding availablility and schedules please visit the Amtrak website.

Station Names and Codes:

Boston South Station // BOS
Boston Back Bay // BBY
New York Penn Station // NYP

Depending on your point of origin Amtrak maybe the cheaper option.

If you need any further assistance I am more than happy to help you.

What would be your point of origin exactly. Once I know that I can give you estimates.

If you'd rather chat privately feel free to shoot me a PM.

AB takes place at the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center, 900 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02115 and the Sheraton Boston Hotel 39 Dalton St Boston, MA 02199

From Penn Station, just take the Acela to Back Bay Station. Then it's just a 12 minute walk over the the Hynes or the Sheraton.
I advise only using taxi if you have a lot of luggage or the weather is bad, as a taxi from Back Bay Station over to the Sheraton will cost you over $10.
