Getting to Hynes after getting off at Back Bay Station

If you're new to the city or taking the T in from out of town, this is where you can get advice from people living in The Hub. Please keep discussion limited to things in and around Boston.

Getting to Hynes after getting off at Back Bay Station

Post by Kusuguru Usagi »

Hello, I have a fast question in regards to getting to the convention coming by way of the commuter rail. After getting off at Back Bay Station, what is the fastest/shortest route to walk from there to the Hynes? Thanks lots in advance. ^_^

Use the Pedestrian Underpass to Copley Plaza.
Go up the Escalator and through Copley Plaza towards the Marriot.
Go across the bridge to the Prudential Mall.
Go through the Pru Mall to the Hynes and Sheraton.

This route is also good if it's raining, because you stay inside the entire distance.

If you have heavy and/or bulky bags, you could also just cross the street instead of taking the underpass, which has a lot of stairs.

Thank you both, Fetch and Risikafox, I greatly appreciate your help. ^_^ I won't have any heavy or bulky bags, so stairs won't be a problem. :)
