Anime Boston

Looking for anyone who was with me on the elevator in the Sheraton South Tower(BEN&JERRY'S!!). I was wearing a black fedora with a white longsleeve shirt with blue stripes and a black dress vest. I also had epic strobe party glasses!

The "BEN AND JERRY'S!" dance elevator? I was there - the shorter girl with the yellow wig. You, my friend, are epic.

Elevator parties are pretty much unacceptable.
We really don't need any more reasons for the Sheraton to decide they don't like us or our attendees.

Please, PLEASE do not have elevator parties.

no, not at all. Just when i was wating for the dance. All the events were totaly fun and awesome though!

Im sorry if i made it seem like the Con itself wasnt great(which it was).

On another note, the constant riding up and down, large amounts of movement and pushing all the buttons messes up the elevators. My staff room was on the 27th floor, and due to all the elevator shenanigans and "dance elevators" by saturday only one elevator would actually go to my floor. Before the formal I literally had to convince hotel staff to let me use the service elevators after spending 20 mins trapped in the elevators. The ball started late as a result.

So please, if you're going to fool around in elevators please don't do it on the ones several thousand people including all staff memembers have to use for the weekend. It impacts the hotels impression of us and it impacts the functionality of the hotel for everyone else.

You may not have pushed any buttons, but rest assured that other elevator partiers most likely were pushing buttons. It only takes one bad apple to spoil it for the rest!

Oh, well il be sure to tell anyone that i know that was doing it to not.

can u think of ANY other time when it is appropriate to ride the elevators up and down for no good reason?

Just because youre at an anime convention doesnt give you free license to act like five year olds!

because of that stuff, I wouldn't be surprised if next year the Sheraton got some of their security to watch the elevators and make anyone who did that stuff leave the hotel.

I realize this is a bit late, but there is also one more major reason as to not have parties in elevators, you can set off the safety feature in the elevator you are ride and cause the elevator to stop, especially with excessive movements in the elevator car. So please again don't have elevator parties we would not want to have you stuck in an elevator for 1-2 hours waiting for the Boston Fire Department to let you out as one of your memories.
