Anime Boston By Night- A tale of History

I ask you Member of Boston's finest to please read and relearn the tale. For those of you who are new a recap to see what has taken place underneath Anime Boston's very roof.

2008
The city was split three ways

Giovanni: They say the family that lives together, dies together. In the case of this Italian Mob family it goes much farther. Vampires are what make up the true members of this family known as the Giovanni, their tight grip on Boston’s North end and their skills in Necromancy made them a dangerous foe for many decades.

Camarilla: Older refined and hidden Kindred that believe the vampire populace should rule from the shadows and not risk another inquisition like in the middle ages they loath the young Sabbat for their rebellious and uncivilized ways

Sabbat: The mighty sword of Caine the first murderer and father to all vampires believe in a number of very strict and nearly religious Paths that stop their Beast from over ruling them. From creatures that hunt the night looking to spread the dread darkness of evil to those that believe in ruling humans out in the open. All believe in being free and greatly oppose the Camarilla and their bloated elders.


The Great War at Anime Boston 2008 nearly tore the city apart as these three great powers took each other on. The Giovanni didn’t stand a chance against the Sabbat trickster elder Leira with her partners Petrakus, and a Losambra named Rino looking for revenge against the Camarilla. The Camarilla scared by the decimation of the Giovanni and the Nercomatic backlash, between the Harbinger Petrakus and the Giovanni, tried to bide their time in their rich halls. The night continued and eventually a Sabbat ambush on the remaining Camarilla stole the last ounce of the Princes will to fight against the Sabbat. The Camarilla fled and most were eaten/ killed/ purged along the way.

2009
A Sabbat Celebration like no other graced the halls of Anime Boston where once war was all around, this year the Mighty Sword of Caine commemorated it’s one year victory against the Giovanni and Camarilla Swine. Leira and Petrakus and a 3rd appointed Bishop feeling that they should not rule as those dirty Cami’s do, gathered the city so they could test it’s population and from the crowd choose a true leader of Boston. The night went well betrayal and comradely were everywhere. Then an ancient Camarilla member made itself known. The Tremere Chantry became a place of doom for some and great reward for other Cainites who would dare venture into the fortified Chantry. The packs proved very brave and wise indeed. The demon infested Tremere leader was killed and the Chantry open for looting, but before the Canites could enjoy their spoils other responsibilities needed taken care of first. A showdown occurred in the final hours of battle the Elders of the Sabbat massed an army the likes Boston has never seen 100 newly turned vampires, 200 ghouls and war beasts, zombies, and ghosts, illusions that could kill you graced the halls of Anime Boston. They came through the mist cutting down the few Giovanni who would dare to try and claim the city again. Then like wheat before the scythe their army fell all but the original Cainites and their elders, destroyed by a loan Cami Elder. Leira issued a challenge to the God like Camarilla member then swiftly retreated leaving the remaining cainites to battle for their very existence a “test” she and the others would later claim to prove this city could survive without them. Somehow one mighty vampire managed to dread gaze the mighty Camarilla beast away from the city. The remaining army of Caine arrived back at home base to discover a note from the three bishops, basically a goodbye love note full of regret…. They were on their own.. and back to where they began as three new bishops clawed their way to the top. Two from Cerberus, a super pack that merged during the battles of the night. A pack the size of which mocks that which the Sabbat stands for according to some.

Anime Boston 2010
A year has past since that great night when the Sabbat held their ground. Two years since they claimed what was rightfully theirs. Not long after the unlocking of the Chantry, it was quickly closed once more by forces unknown. Now, at this new Anime Boston the chantry’s mysterious caretaker is revealed. A Carnival the likes no immortal, mortal, or anyone has ever seen. Run by a Pricius, a direct advisor to the Sabbat's Regent herself no less. This ancient carnival has no name it is whispered upon its arrival and barely spoken of in its departure. They are here to test the city of Boston’s cainites to see if they actually deserve the positions they have been dealt (after all without the elders they would not hold this city) The cities packs have grown and bonds stronger than perhaps to the Sabbat have been formed. So, the Carnival shall test the cities members in guises of games and celebration. They will hold their Carnival under the roof of the until now sealed Tremere Chantry. The Ring master and her crew will surely teach these city Vampires a thing or two…
