BESM (Big Eyes Small Mouth)

This is a little last minute I know, but I just wanted to throw out there that I may be running a game at con (to give our other BESM brother a break from GMing if he so chooses to take it). So if anyone is interested, lemme know. I do run 3rd edition of the game, and welcome anyone who's had experience with it (fa/tg/uys, you know who you are) or is just curious about the system.

Is it BESM 3rd Tri stat from Guardians of Order or the d20 from white wolf? I personally prefer the Tri stat. Color me old school.
