Signing up to run RPGS at AB2011

When should we sign up to run games?
Is it still the same person organizing things?

I'm planning the games I'd like to run already, smoagen should be posting the info eventually, but I'd just wait on that.

I spoke to him at his shop, but I don't want to speak on his behalf.
